There could be a few reasons that your scooter won’t turn on. Here, we’ll eliminate the simplest and most common ones and hopefully get you back on the road in no time.
When you unlocked the scooter did the LED to the side of the display turn red, orange or green?
If it didn’t, your scooter may be in hibernation mode. You can wake your scooter up by pressing and holding both brake levers down for 5 seconds. After you’ve released the brakes, the LED on the display will turn green after about 6 seconds. Once the LED turns off, you can use your key card again as normal to turn the scooter on and insert a charged battery.
If no LEDs were visible, try to start your unu scooter with your 2nd key card that was included in your starter kit.
