Sometimes when you wake up the scooter from hibernation the scooter may first install a firmware update before the wake-up is completed. This may take a few minutes. This situation should be quite rare since firmware updates can usually happen before hibernation, or are downloaded ones the scooter wakes up and reconnects again.
