It's completely normal that your charger gets warm and that the internal ventilator makes a sound.
However it is important that you use the charger in the correct way. Put the charger in a well ventilated place and do not cover the fan. Put it in the right position and do not place it upside down. Only charge the battery when it's at room temperature.
