Turn your scooter on with your keycard. Swipe the toggle in the unu app that says "swipe to turn on" and follow the instructions. If you don't see the toggle make sure that you have the latest version of the app (version 2.x) installed and double check if your scooter isn’t in hibernation mode. Your scooter should also at least run on version 1.8 of the firmware. The scooter and the phone can be connected using a Bluetooth pairing code displayed on the scooter dashboard. This ensures that only the person with physical access to the scooter and the keycard can connect their phone to use the turn on/off app feature. The devices will automatically reconnect every time you are near the scooter and open the app on your phone.
