First of all, we recommend removing any previously connected Bluetooth devices from the scooter. To do this, simply reboot while the scooter is turned on and on „park mode“. This first step will remove all previously connected devices. Now open the unu app on the new phone and swipe the on/off toggle in the app while being in range of the scooter. The Bluetooth connection process should start automatically – just follow the instructions in the app.
