If you have lost your keycard or you'd like to have an additional one, you can order a keycard from us. The price of the keycard is €19.50 excl. tax and shipping.

In order to send you a new keycard, we have to verify that you're the owner of the scooter. Please send us your order number and your VIN (starts with WUNU) together with the delivery address in an email to [email protected].
