Make sure your unu Scooter is in a place where it can connect to our cloud (e.g. on the street). After turning on your unu, it may take several minutes for your unu to connect to our cloud.

You find the connectivity bars at the top left of the display. When a connection is active one bar is at least white.

If the unu has still not an cloud connection, please perform reboot. You can find the instructions here.
