There could be a few reasons that your scooter won’t drive. Here, we’ll eliminate the simplest and most common ones and hopefully get you back on the road in no time.

Is your seat box closed?
Your scooter won’t drive if the seat box isn’t closed securely.

Is the battery connected?
If you can’t see the battery charge percentage icon on the display, it isn’t connected properly. Open the seat box and try inserting it again. Also you can try to rotate the battery 180° and reinsert it.

Is the kickstand down?
If your kickstand is down, you’re in Park mode. Lift it up and try again. On the display, the P symbol for the parking mode should change to the speed indication 0 km/h.

Is there an error message on the display?
If there is, our support form helps identify and solve most issues most of the time.

If none of these helped, try a reboot.
